Niagara Housing Help is currently developing an online resource portal to help tenants and landlords access a variety of educational and informational resources designed to increase housing stability and prevent eviction. The resources are designed to help renters and proprietors create positive relationships and maintain successful tenancies.

Landlord Engagement Services
The Landlord Engagement Services is part of the Homelessness Prevention Initiatives funded by the Region of Niagara. Today, the importance and interconnect role that landlords play in the provision of safe and affordable housing is undeniable. As such, the Niagara Region has created the Landlord Engagement Coordinator position in order to assist Housing First & Home for Good agencies attract, recruit, engage and secure landlords for the purpose of housing chronic and episodically homeless individuals. The resources and support provided will help existing agencies stabilize at-risk tenancies and maintain positive tenant-landlord relations.
